Why FR30U30?
You don’t need 20 years’ experience to make an impact. Some of the most exciting ideas in financial services are coming from people still early in their careers. FR30U30 exists to find and celebrate them, recognising what you’ve already achieved, giving your work a bigger platform and helping you build towards whatever comes next.
Is this for me?
FR30U30 isn’t about having the biggest job title or the longest CV. If you’re under 30 and doing work you’re proud of in mortgages or financial services, we want to hear about it. Whether you’re an adviser, BDM, underwriter, marketer, developer, founder or something else entirely, if you’re making waves early in your career, you belong here.
