Melton Building Society has joined the Mortgage Broker Tools (MBT) panel, aiming to help mortgage advisers access the Society's affordability assessments through the platform's research and sourcing technology.

The integration will allow brokers using MBT to compare affordability results from Melton Building Society alongside other lenders through a single system, helping them identify suitable lending solutions for their clients quickly and efficiently.

Melton says this move reflects its ongoing aim to support advisers and provide greater accessibility to its available product range.

Dan Atkinson, head of distribution at Melton Building Society (pictured above), said: "As a lender that works exclusively through mortgage intermediaries, we're committed to providing brokers with all the tools and information they need to support their clients effectively.

"By joining Mortgage Broker Tools, we're making it simpler for brokers to assess affordability and identify when Melton Building Society could be the right fit, helping them deliver a better experience and outcome for their client.

"We know brokers value speed, accuracy and certainty when researching options for their clients. Our availability through Mortgage Broker Tools places our lending solutions within a platform that is already widely used across the market and continues to grow, supporting advisers in placing cases efficiently."

Tanya Toudmadj, managing director at Mortgage Broker Tools, said: "We're delighted to welcome Melton Building Society to the Mortgage Broker Tools platform. Adding more lender options helps advisers access a broader range of solutions while enabling lenders to increase visibility within the intermediary community."
