Perenna has strengthened its distribution through a new partnership with the Mortgage Intelligence Group.
The Mortgage Intelligence Group includes the Mortgage Intelligence AR network and Next Intelligence Club.
Since January 2024, Perenna has provided the UK market with its long-term fixed rate product offering, catering to all stages across the homeowning journey. This news comes as Perenna dropped rates across its residential offering by up to 47bps, with its flagship purchase product starting at 5.43%.
Perenna’s broker panel now includes Mortgage Intelligence Group, Air, Mortgage Advice Bureau, Stonebridge, Legal and General Mortgage Club, and Connells Group.
