LMS has added Precise to Panel Link, supporting the lender with bespoke panel management and enhancing operational processes for its residential mortgage products.
By linking lenders with compliant law firms and providing digital solutions for key processes, Panel Link drives efficient and secure case handling, with the potential to speed up customer journeys.
Precise is part of OSB Group, which includes buy-to-let lender Rely, which joined Panel Link in 2025. Through this new partnership, Precise will benefit from all the same LMS products that Rely uses, gaining greater connectivity and efficiency across residential cases.
By joining Panel Link, Precise will have access to Secure Link, a knowledge base of lender-approved FAQs to reduce turnaround times on post-offer queries, alongside document distribution facilities and Electronic Certificate of Title (eCOT).
