Lifetime mortgage lender, Pure Retirement, has launched a new accessibility-optimised website which focuses on improving the user experience through additional resources.
The lender’s new website features a total of four online calculators, including two new additions - a maximum LTV calculator on the homepage, enabling advisers to easily determine the maximum available LTV for their clients, and an online universal interest servicing calculator, which enables advisers to demonstrate the benefits to their clients of making regular repayments.
Additionally, new product comparison tables are designed to aid advisers in delivering best outcomes to their clients by enabling streamlined reviewing of key lifetime mortgage features, while an expanded resources section includes access to Pure’s marketing toolkit and a new academy area for marketing guides and insights on understanding audiences and customers.
The lender’s new website has been built to ensure a simplified and user-friendly journey, with adviser feedback at the heart of the process. This has culminated in improvements to the navigation to help users find what they need quickly and view all the main sections of the website at a glance, without having to click through multiple pages.
Furthermore, the site has been designed and built following best practice for accessibility in line with the globally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) set by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Pure’s head of distribution, Scott Burman, said: “The launch of the Equity Release Council’s updated standards put a spotlight on transparency and supporting advisers and consumers alike in being able to make informed decisions. As a result, the launch of our new website offers a timely reminder of our commitment to supporting advisers and their clients by putting resources and accessibility at the forefront of the user journey and providing the necessary key information to aid in making informed decisions. We look forward to continuing to update and further improve it going forward to ensure the best possible experience for all users.”
