Adviser platform, Quilter, has partnered with ZeroKey to help financial advisers reduce administration and improve data accuracy by removing the need to manually rekey the same information in multiple systems.

The new integration enables advisers to transfer client data directly from a source system into Quilter’s platform via ZeroKey’s web browser extension. By reducing duplicate data entry, firms can streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency and minimise the risk of manual errors.

Available at no cost to advisers, the service is designed to support firms using a range of commonly used back-office systems and adviser technology solutions.

Sam Christopher, proposition director at Quilter, said: "Advisers continue to face growing demands on their time, making efficiency more important than ever. While re-entering client information may seem a small task, it can quickly become a significant administrative burden across a business and introduces the risk of avoidable errors.

“Our partnership with ZeroKey helps address this by providing firms with a free to use, straightforward way to move information into Quilter’s platform through a range of widely used back-office systems. By reducing unnecessary administration, advisers can focus more of their time on delivering value to clients.

“This is another step in our wider data and integration strategy, and we are committed to developing and introducing solutions that respond to the evolving needs of advisers and their businesses.”

Joseph Williams, co-founder and CEO of ZeroKey, commented: "We are delighted to partner with Quilter and provide them with a scalable solution which immediately connects their investment platform to a wide variety of third-party systems. Rekeying data into investment platforms remains a major pain point for financial advice firms, and this represents another step towards removing the friction from advisers’ day-to-day experience."
