Specialist finance broker, Aria Finance, has announced that it has joined Mortgage Brain’s sourcing module, Sourcing Brain, as a packager.
This will provide Aria Finance with access to Sourcing Brain’s 15,000-plus users, enabling them to extend their support to a wider network of intermediaries and assist with a greater number of specialist cases.
While formed through the merger of Enterprise Finance and Vantage Finance in 2022, Aria Finance is built on more than 20 years of specialist finance experience, combining the expertise, relationships and market knowledge of two long-established master brokerages.
Aria Finance supports intermediaries with:
- Bridging Loans
- Development Finance
- Buy-to-Let Mortgages
- First Charge Mortgages
- Second Charge Mortgages
- Commercial Mortgages
In 2025, Sourcing Brain received a series of updates, including a redesigned user interface and speedier results up to ten times faster than before, giving intermediaries quick, accurate solutions for even the most complex lending needs.
Lucy Waters, Managing Director at Aria Finance (pictured), said: "We are absolutely delighted to collaborate with Mortgage Brain by becoming part of Sourcing Brain as a packager. This partnership reflects our commitment to providing first-class service that takes intermediaries from the first enquiry right through to completion. With Sourcing Brain delivering quick, accurate results, we can connect with more intermediaries and provide them with even better support through the challenges of their most complex cases."
Neil Wyatt, Chief Commercial Officer at Mortgage Brain, added: "A very warm welcome to Aria Finance. The 2026 specialist finance market is moving fast, with lender criteria shifting, products updated regularly, and a rising number of borrowers falling outside mainstream lending. Brokers are increasingly being pushed to turn around complex cases at speed. This is where our module, Sourcing Brain, is essential, as it provides intermediaries with access to experienced packagers, such as Aria Finance, who can go the extra mile to successfully support thousands of brokers as they navigate the ever-changing specialist lending market."
