Assetz Capital has announced the launch of ‘Assetz Elevate’ - a new dedicated product line offering fast, flexible loans from £250,000 to £1.5 million for smaller ground-up development opportunities.
Tailored for smaller residential schemes of 1–15 units across England and Wales, the product delivers funding at up to 70% LTGDV and 85% LTC, with credit-backed terms designed for speed, certainty, and execution.
While the lender has already deployed over £262m in sub £1.5m loans to date, Assetz says this move marks a formalisation of a specialist new business team and a commitment to this segment of the market.
Assetz Elevate is specifically targeted at developers with proven experience in delivering similar-scale projects, offering brokers a clear route to finance for clients that sit below the traditional ‘mid-market’ bracket.
