Broker Conveyancing has launched a new fixed-price remortgage package aimed at helping brokers to manage conveyancing referrals more easily.
The new product, supported by ONP Solicitors, is called the '£175 All in One Remo' and available exclusively via the new Broker Conveyancing Hub.
Replacing Broker Conveyancing’s previous fixed price remortgage product, the All in One Remo includes key legal fees, checks and search costs. It is priced at £175 plus referral fee, with the broker selecting their own referral fee of up to £300 to add to the final cost.
Included as standard in the new product are the legal fee, up to two ID and bankruptcy checks, one telegraphic transfer fee, Land Registry fee (up to £30) and final search fee, search indemnity cover, and official copies of all documents.
Selected additional services, like buy-to-let and Help to Buy can also be added at the quote stage.
