Keystone Property Finance has strengthened its intermediary team, promoting James Harding to national account manager and expanding the responsibilities of internal BDMs Cathy Fuller and Ruby Wilson.
In his new role, Harding will work alongside commercial director Steve Griffiths and will be responsible for managing relationships with Keystone’s network and mortgage club partners, strengthening engagement and support for their members.
Harding moves from his current role as East Midlands BDM with Tom Lawry now covering the newly created Midlands BDM area.
Fuller has taken on responsibility for supporting brokers across the South West, while Wilson will support wider geographical areas not covered within the current field BDM structure.
James Harding, national account manager at Keystone Property Finance, said: “Working closely with brokers in the Midlands has given me a strong understanding of the support they look for from a specialist lender like Keystone. I’m looking forward to bringing that experience to my new role and, in doing so, building on the great relationships we already have with our distribution partners.
“My focus is on taking their priorities on board and acting on them, while working with Steve and the wider team to help their members make the most of Keystone’s proposition.”
Steve Griffiths, commercial director at Keystone Property Finance, added: “James knows our business well and he understands the challenges brokers face when placing specialist buy-to-let cases. That experience will be priceless in helping our partners support their members to identify how we can add value to their businesses and I am looking forward to working alongside him in his new post.
“Furthermore, Tom’s wider remit and Cathy and Ruby’s additional responsibilities will also give brokers a clear point of contact across these areas. Taken together, these changes draw on the knowledge within our team to provide the accessible, practical support brokers and partners need and expect from us.”
