The new WhatsApp channel, believed to be an industry-first, aims to provide brokers and lenders with a new way to stay updated on the latest developments.

Criteria sourcing system, Knowledge Bank, has launched its own dedicated WhatsApp channel, offering a streamlined way for industry professionals to access Knowledge Bank’s Criteria Update email and summarising the latest changes in criteria and rates across the market.

The WhatsApp channel will also keep followers informed about new system features and updates, ensuring they stay ahead of industry trends. Content from Lenders Live, which recently celebrated its milestone 100th episode with a special six-hour session, will be available through the channel. This makes it even easier for participants to join live sessions and catch up on previous episodes via Spotify.

WhatsApp Channels, a new feature, allow users to follow accounts that share updates and links directly through the platform. To join, simply open WhatsApp, tap ‘Updates,’ and select ‘Channels.’
