"By utilising dual representation we can significantly speed up the bridging process, enabling our customers to complete their projects faster and more efficiently"
- Leanne Ardron, director of bridging at LendInvest

LendInvest Mortgages has introduced dual representation for bridging projects, now available across its entire product range.

The feature, powered by the lender's Mortgages Portal, offers customers greater flexibility and efficiency in managing their bridging deals.

With dual representation, customers have the freedom to select a single law firm to act on behalf of both themselves and LendInvest. This streamlines the legal process, accelerates deal completion, and reduces costs by eliminating the need for multiple legal representatives.

Leanne Ardron, director of bridging at LendInvest, said: "Our dual representation option is designed to provide our customers with enhanced convenience and cost savings.

"By utilising dual representation we can significantly speed up the bridging process, enabling our customers to complete their projects faster and more efficiently. This is another example of how our Mortgages Portal is driving innovation and improving the overall customer experience."
