Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) has completed the integration of three specialist new build businesses.

Meridian Mortgages, William Lowden, and Evolve Financial Solutions were already part-owned businesses, before being fully acquired by MAB in September 2025, with an integration programme then being undertaken. The final phase of that process brings the businesses together into a single operating entity under the Meridian Group.

Existing advisers and colleagues remain central to the integrated team and MAB says their combined experience "strengthens MAB’s overall proposition for housebuilders, developers, and homebuyers, both now and into the future".

Felicity Barnett, new build and affordable housing partnerships manager at Mortgage Advice Bureau, said: "Bringing these market-leading firms together under one brand is an important milestone in strengthening our new build proposition. We've brought together the best of each business into one team, with one proposition and one way of working, while importantly retaining all of the talented people and expertise that our partners value.

"We know the industry continues to face challenges, which is why we're investing in a stronger, more unified business that is well placed to support the housebuilding sector as it continues to evolve.”
