NatWest has announced a series of rate cuts across its core residential purchase and remortgage ranges, with reductions of up to 19bps.
Its lowest available mortgage rate is now 3.77%, available on a five-year fixed rate at 60% LTV with a £1,495 product fee. The rate rises to 3.82% with a £995 fee or 4.04% fee-free.
The lender is also offering a sub-4% at 75% LTV, with a five-year fix reducing by 18bps to 3.93% with a £1,495 fee.
In NatWest's remortgage range, five-year fixed rates now start from 3.92% at 60% LTV.
A 60% LTV two-year fixed purchase product has reduced by 14bps to 4.14% with a £1,495 product fee or 4.19% with a £995 fee.
The lowest priced two-year remortgage rate is now at 4.30%.
NatWest has also trimmed rates across a selection of its first-time buyer, shared equity, and green mortgage products as part of the changes.
