Fluxifi, a new platform for mortgage and protection advisers, has announced an exclusive partnership with Hackford to expand its reach across the UK advice market.
The partnership helps Fluxifi identify mortgage firms, understand the people leading them, and reach businesses whose needs match its platform. Fluxifi will initially focus on established and newly directly authorised firms, before extending its outreach to appointed representative firms.
Hackford’s analysis helps put that outreach opportunity in context: more than 4,700 firms have an active FCA status and mortgage advice or arranging permissions. Of these, 88 were first authorised in the past 12 months.
Fluxifi combines client and deal management, document processing and draft suitability reports for advisers working across residential mortgages, buy-to-let, protection, bridging and development finance.
It pulls the key details from payslips, bank statements and other client documents, and uses them alongside the fact-find to draft suitability reports. Every draft is then presented to the adviser for review and sign-off.
Fluxifi aims to help advisers spend less time re-entering information and more time progressing cases as mortgage activity picks up.
Last month, Twenty7tec completed an API integration with Fluxifi, giving users direct access to its RESEARCH mortgage sourcing tool from within their existing workflow.
Theo Athienitis, founder and CEO of Fluxifi, said: “I worked as a mortgage adviser before building Fluxifi, and too much of the job was re-keying the same information and writing up cases after the advice had been given. Fluxifi is built to give advisers that time back. Hackford gives us a clear view of the firms we’re building for, particularly newly authorised firms choosing their systems for the first time.”
Dan Robinson, founder and CEO of Hackford, added: “We’re proud to be working with Theo and the team at Fluxifi to help them reach advice firms across the UK. It’s exciting to build alongside them and draw on Theo’s industry experience and insightful ideas to improve Hackford’s features and data.”
