Mortgage brokers can now register for early access to QDEX's new CRM platform.

The waiting list gives brokers, mortgage firms and industry partners the opportunity to register for early access and be among the first to experience QDEX CRM ahead of its wider launch.

Rather than requiring brokers to move between separate systems throughout the mortgage journey, QDEX CRM brings client and case management, mortgage sourcing, document management, workflow tools and compliance together within one connected platform.

At the heart of the CRM is the QDEX rules engine, the technology that powers QDEX’s mortgage eligibility and affordability capabilities.

The platform is designed to support the journey from initial client engagement through fact find, sourcing, recommendation, application, compliance and completion, with the client, case and underlying mortgage data connected throughout.

Around that core, QDEX CRM brings together customisable dashboards, client and case management, mortgage sourcing, document processing, rate-review capabilities and configurable compliance workflows.

Kem Kemal, CEO of QDEX, said: “When we started building QDEX CRM, our ambition was to create the one-screen solution for the mortgage industry.

“The QDEX rules engine is at the heart of the platform. Rather than building another CRM and bolting sourcing onto it, we’ve built the workflows brokers use every day around that core technology.

“For us, the future of mortgage technology isn’t about adding more systems. It’s about bringing the technology and workflows brokers already need together in one place. That’s the vision behind QDEX CRM, and we’re incredibly excited to start opening it up to the industry.”
