Roma Finance has announced a series of internal appointments, led by the promotion of Gaynor Doran (pictured above) to people director from her previous role as head of people.
Gaynor joined the business in February of this year. Roma says she is being recognised for the contribution she has already made to the business and the role she now plays in shaping its workplace culture.
As people director, Gaynor will continue to lead Roma’s people strategy, supporting organisational growth and ensuring the foundations are in place to attract, retain and nurture talent.
Promotions have also been awarded across Roma’s sales and relationship functions. Alisha Chu is now regional business development lead, Kerry Bradshaw has been promoted to internal sales and growth lead, and Claudine Reynolds to relationship manager lead.
They join Paula Dowson and Daniel Hill as team leads, with all five reporting to Sonia Mann, head of sales. The team supports key areas of Roma’s sales operations.
Scott Marshall, founder and managing director of Roma Finance, said: "Building a strong business depends on having talented, committed individuals who understand what we’re trying to achieve and are ready to take on new challenges as we grow.
"Gaynor’s promotion to people director is thoroughly deserved and is a clear recognition of the positive impact she has made since she started with us at the beginning of the year. Supporting our people and creating the right environment for employees to succeed are critical to our long-term plans, and Gaynor plays a key role in that.
"In addition, it’s equally pleasing to see Alisha, Kerry and Claudine taking the next step in their careers. Their respective areas of focus are important to our growth ambitions and the maintenance of strong relationships with our brokers and borrowers alike.
"These promotions reflect the strength of the workforce we have in place and our ongoing commitment to giving people the opportunity to grow their careers as Roma continues to scale."
