Quantum Mortgages launched its bridging offering in April.

Quantum Mortgages has unveiled a major enhancement to its bridging proposition, expanding eligibility to include a wider range of property types and investor profiles. 

The lender says the deal represents continued confidence in the UK buy-to-let sector.

The bridging product range is available for a variety of property types and transaction types.

Quantum has created three new senior roles.

The products are available for single unit properties, HMOs of any size and multi unit freehold blocks up to 10 units.
