The Society has launched new three-year fixed rates.

Income multiples have increased from 4.5x to 5.5x as part of the updated criteria.

Rates have reduced by up to 24bps.

RAW Capital Partners has also refreshed its wider range of products.

The Society has launched a new range of two-year fixed rates.

The products are available across England, Scotland, and Wales. 

Buyers can now borrow up to 85% LTV on selected residential expat mortgages.

The Society’s foreign national mortgage offering, launched earlier this year, supports skilled foreign nationals settling in the UK.

The range offers LTV ratios of up to 90%.

The new products offer increased LTVs and a reduced minimum loan amount.
