Early 2024 sales activity saw a 33% increase compared to December last year.

Buyer demand is at its strongest since February 2022.

Transactions are down by 18% compared to December 2022.

UK buyer demand is up 12% and sales agreed are up 13% year-on-year.

Buyer enquiries recorded the least downbeat reading since April 2022.
