
Square 1 Media, the specialist PR and marketing agency for mortgages, specialist finance and financial services, has announced details of its next Mortgage Market Debate, which will take place on Wednesday 21st May at RSA House in London.
The invite-only 90-minute Chatham House panel debate will bring together senior decision-makers from across the UK mortgage and specialist finance market to discuss the modernisation of home buying and selling, focusing on key industry reforms, digitalisation and leasehold changes.
The panel discussion will delve into the Government’s latest initiatives to streamline property transactions through enhanced data access, digitalisation, and leasehold reform.
Industry leaders will assess the practical steps needed for implementation, the potential impact on transaction times, the opportunities these changes could create for businesses, and the challenges that must be addressed.
The debate will be chaired by Victoria Hartley, client services director at Square 1 Media, and will feature a panel of speakers, including:
