Together has strengthened its team with the appointment of Olivia Jones as business development manager.
Olivia will join the group’s dedicated team which supports property investors with finance to buy property at below market value (BMV).
She brings more than seven years’ experience in the property sector, having started her career at Edward Mellor Estate Agents in Stockport.
She steadily progressed through the business, taking on roles including vendor performance manager, relationship manager and mortgage & protection case manager, before going on to qualify as a mortgage and protection adviser.
In her new role as BDM at Together, Olivia will be responsible for developing relationships with introducers and supporting customers looking to achieve their property ambitions through the lender’s BMV offering.
The team provides bridging finance to help professional property buyers secure below market value residential deals quickly and with certainty, enabling vendors to achieve a rapid sale.
Olivia said: “I caught the property bug early on during my time at Edward Mellor, and I’ve been passionate about the industry ever since.
“Working my way up through the business gave me a really strong grounding in the market, and completing my exams to become a mortgage adviser was a natural next step for me.
“I loved being out on the road meeting people at Edward Mellor and that’s something I’m looking forward to continuing in this role.
“Building relationships and really understanding what they’re trying to achieve is the most rewarding part of the role. There is a lot of personal satisfaction in being able to help customers turn their property ambitions into reality.”
