The specialist lender offers bridging and development finance for projects ranging from luxury refurbishments to ground-up developments.

Vic was appointed as CEO in 2019 under the Association's former name, the ASTL. 

Total membership is now approaching 100 organisations.

The BDLA's membership now exceeds 90 organisations.

The BDLA now represents 49 lender members.
