RAW Capital Partners has announced the promotion of three team members across its operations and finance departments.
The Guernsey-based specialist lender provides bespoke mortgages to foreign nationals, UK expats and Channel Islanders investing in UK buy-to-let property. In December 2025, it expanded its offering so it could lend to UK residents.
Travis Mechem (pictured) has been promoted to new business manager. Travis joined RAW's new business team three years ago and will now be responsible for managing its team of underwriters.
Kirsty Mauger (pictured) has been promoted to mortgage manager. With more than five years at RAW Capital Partners, she has worked across the full loan lifecycle, giving her insight into the firm’s mortgage operations. In her new role, Kirsty will be responsible for overseeing post-completion transactions, including renewals and repayments.
Shireen Punia has been promoted to assistant finance manager. Shireen joined RAW Capital Partners two years ago and, under her new role, she is responsible for providing timely and accurate reporting to the firm’s stakeholders.
Kate Gibson, head of people at RAW Capital Partners, said: “It’s a real pleasure to recognise the progression of Travis, Kirsty and Shireen. Each of them has grown significantly in confidence, judgement and impact over recent years. These promotions reflect not only the contribution they’ve already made, but the trust we place in them to help shape what comes next for RAW. When our people grow, the organisation grows with them.”
Tim Parkes, CEO of RAW Capital Partners, added: “These promotions reflect the depth of talent across our business and our commitment to developing our people. Travis, Kirsty, and Shireen each play a vital role in ensuring we deliver the speed, flexibility, and reliability that underpin our offering, something that has become particularly important following a range of product changes and process improvements. I want to thank each of them for their continued dedication, expertise, and commitment to delivering an excellent service, and I look forward to watching them flourish in their new roles.”
