HTB says the expanded function will give it greater capacity to build relationships with brokers who may not previously have had a regular point of contact with the bank.

Amy Salomon has joined Assetz Capital as BDM for South West England and will work alongside senior relationship manager Robin Bruce.

The new hires follow the recent appointments of BDMs for the North West and London in June.

Kirsty joins from Vitality Life and Health where she was also a BDM.

Lam will support brokers across London, working with intermediary partners on complex buy-to-let and specialist property investment cases. 

Ben has held previous roles at Hope Capital and Barclays.

Brokers will now have their own dedicated support team for cases from first conversation through to offer. 

Holly held previous roles at Scottish and Dunfermline Building Societies before joining Paragon eight years ago.

Alongside the appointment, Richard Cunningham has been promoted from telephone BDM to field-based BDM.
