The Society has launched two new five-year fixed rate products for first-time buyers and home movers.

The new range is available across standard properties, HMOs and multi-units up to six occupants/units.

The range offers cashback for borrowers to make their home more energy efficient.

The lender is offering £750 cashback on all five-year fixed-rate buy-to-let mortgages and a new 3% fee option.
