Richard was CEO for seven years at Leeds Building Society and prior to that held senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group.

Haines is the former CEO of Principality Building Society.

The pair have a combined 55 years of experience in commercial banking.

Mahmood has previously held sales roles at TML, Metro Bank and Alexander Hall.

The team will work closely with brokers to help progress applications, resolve queries and provide guidance tailored to individual business needs.

Labiano is currently CEO of retail and business banking and executive director of Santander UK.

STB’s product portfolio now includes land bank and development exit loans for residential and mixed-use properties. 

The newly created position will see Vic retain a close link with the BDLA, after stepping down as CEO at the start of the year.

Marcus has moved from KSEYE and Oliver from Whitehall Capital.
